Piyo was really cool! although, the pilates portion of it kind of kicked my ass...but i definitely recommend it! I didn't get to go to the Kickboxing or Zumba classes which i'm a little bummed about but I got to the gym either way.
Today's workout wasn't that great, though. I only burned like 300 calories because my spandex kept falling down and my THONG was hanging out and OF COURSE there were two guys on the bikes right behind me. Whatever, they got a free show that I hope they enjoyed. I was so self conscious about it that i was focused more on pulling up my spandex more so than I was on workin' the elliptical.
I'll make up for it tomorrow I guess.

Rescheduling my week for Lost

SO for us Lost fanatics the season premiere is on tuesday at 8 pm EST! Unfortunately, with my normal schedule I would not be back from the gym in time so I have redone my workout schedule for the week! Also, fortunately for me, my school's gym is doing one free week of whatever class we want to go to! I am thinking of doing PIYO (pilates, yoga, and tai chi) and maybe some kickboxing.
Monday: Kickboxing Gym
Tuesday: Zumba (latin dancing, ayy mami!)
Wednesday: PIYO
Thursday: Gym
Friday: Gym
I'll let you guys know how it goes and if either one is worth pursuing!

ATTENTION! ATTENTION!
My good friend Kathleen and I (and Martha but she has yet to make a blog) are starting a journey...a journey to health and fitness! Although it seems Kathleen is being a little more ambitious than I am. FOLLOW HER HERE: http://healthhappinessandacutebooty.blogspot.com/

I have made a gym schedule and am sticking to it! I am doing 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week. Monday/Tuesday, Thursday/Friday. I haven't yet started doing toning exercises (we only have pilates DVDs and pilates and I do NOT get along...at all. We'll see. I also wanted to try to do yoga but that probably won't start until later since the DVDs are at home.
I'm hoping this summer to step it up too. Along with getting a job and working all the time, I want to find time to keep myself in shape. Hopefully I can join a gym or maybe even a class of some sort. That would be awesome. LET'S GET IN SHAPE BABY!

If you have not seen the movie Amelie then I suggest you go rent it/watch it online/order it on netflix right now. It's a french film about fate and how one event can affect another. I've watched it a million times and every time I fall in love with it more and more.

FINALLY!
